Deborah Outlaw is the founder and principal of The Outlaw Group, a government relations consulting firm which provides federal health care lobbying and regulatory services to physician and medical specialty organizations, companies, and national associations.
Ms. Outlaw amassed almost 30 years of federal health policy experience working for the U.S. Senate, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (then HCFA), the Executive Office of the President, and in the private sector for both boutique lobbying/law firms and a large association management firm.
